Impress Theatre Arts - Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT ·Payment can be made by CASH, CHEQUE (payable to Impress Theatre Arts) or BACS. ·Fees can be settled with the teacher or sent to the Office and must be paid in FULL at the beginning of each term. ·Payment can be made with two cheques – one post dated for the second half of term payment. ·Both cheques must be given at the same time. ·Cancelled/returned cheques will be charged an extra £10.00 on top of outstanding fees. ·Any missed classes due to illness, holiday etc must still be paid for in FULL. ·Payment for Holiday Courses needs to be paid for in FULL a week before the course commences. ·Please inform the office ASAP if your child/children will be attending. ·Half A Terms notice must be given in writing if a student no longer wishes to continue the classes. NEW STUDENTS ·A one-week trial class is available for new students only and is paid for on the day of the lesson. It is non-refundable and cannot in be extended. All students wishing to continue the classes/course are required to pay their fees in full at the beginning of their next lesson after the trial. REFUNDS ·IMPRESS THEATRE ARTS operates a no refund policy. Only In extreme circumstances will this be considered. UNIFORM ·Students should wear correct uniform and footwear at all times. ·No jewellery should be worn and hair should be tied back or in a bun for ballet. ·Children are required to change their outside footwear into their dance shoes when they get to the classes. ·Do not wear dance shoes to the classes – this will ruin the shoes and possibly damage the floor. RULES AND REGULATIONS ·No Food, drink or chewing gum is to be consumed in the dance studio at any time. They can bring water with them, which is to be kept outside the hall/studio. ·Parents/Guardians are not allowed into the classes unless invited as this distracts the children from learning. ·Please arrive a few minutes early to the class to avoid the class overrunning/starting late. ·Pupils must be respectful of each other. ·No Bullying is allowed at Impress Theatre Arts at any time! ·Impress Theatre Arts reserves the right to remove children from the class if they are behaving inappropriately. LIABILITY ·Impress Theatre Arts is unable to accept liability for injury, loss or damage to property. Pupils participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform staff of any existing, illness/medical condition and injuries. ·Impress Theatre Arts cannot accept responsibility for children outside class times. ·Children aged 3-6 must be collected from designated pick up points. ·Thereafter, it is the parent’s responsibility to arrange drop off/collection procedures. OTHER ·In the event of illness, we will contact parents/guardians with the telephone numbers on the application form. ·In the event of an emergency, the emergency services will be also contacted. ·It is your responsibility to keep us updated with address/telephone numbers. ·Impress Theatre Arts reserves the right to change teaching staff and timetable at any time. ·Please contact a teacher ASAP in advance if a student cannot attend a class.
